On 7/12/23 I purchased malwarebytes premien from you co. for 2 PC's. I \We have not received it as of today. Our PC's are still reading free devices. I either want my credit card refunded or we want the Premiun Malware protection turned on.

2checko+malwarebytes Alpharetta Ga. is showing up on my bill, I was under the empression I was paying for one year $44.99 this is not the case and I wish to cancele this ASAP. I have contacted my card in which it is being charged to cancel any other payments.

My Discover card was charged $25.00 from 2CoCom*Your-Nero.Com0 for Digital Material. I did not order anything and when I contacted them they said they had no record of me or the charge. Discover has launched an investigation. I checked with Malware Bytes since others had mentioned it but they have no record of my being charged. I believe it is a scam and refuse to pay it until someone proves otherwise.

Apparently this company IOBIT thinks they can just use your card whenever they feel like it. This is FRAUD and will not be tolerated as they are being investigated by my bank credit card they used from years ago. I guarantee they will not get away with this because I don't quit when someone commits FRAUD using my credit card at their convenience. Don't let them double and triple charge you because they use 2-3 companies to try to confuse you when you've already paid for the same product once. Never check the auto update box and do things manually. They have not heard the end of this yet since this is not the first time. Trust me.

I ordered virus program through Bitdefender for $38.70.I see that they use you as payment portal.This morning got up to find another charge of $82.00 with no explanation I did not authorize this charge further someone put a $0.00 charge to see if card was still active.
