60775 - SFO PARKING SAN FRANCISCO CA

The last time I was at San Francisco airport was July 26 I believe, and now I'm getting charged for parking on November 9.

I had the same charge from sfo for $8. CC company said it was physically charged. Canceled card, read Bayareamoms response and it’s legit. Was at sfo 8/31, checked records and wasn’t charged then. Charging the card 2 1/2 months later is BS without notification and is just wrong especially with fraud rampant during the holidays

I just called up SFO parking today and talked to a real person. He said that the charge never went through because their machines weren't working properly. So, they just discovered this and started charging people for their parking yesterday. When I looked at my calendar, I used the garage on 9/13 and cross-referenced it with my credit card. Indeed, I was never charged for that parking. So, before you get a new credit card (which was what I did), please double-check. This answer seems to be legitimate.

We we charged yesterday too for $10 for parking on November 9 when the last time we were there was Jul 26! When we tried to pay at that moment a suspicious person was taking really long at the kiosk and he was on the phone, which created a huge line and most didn’t want to wait- so they either left to pay at the gate or went to the other kiosk next to it. I had bad vibes from this individual & i suspect he rigged it

My card was also charged, at 4am Central or 2am Pacific. I'm pretty sure I was asleep and not sleep-driving.

Had this too, charged for $12 for SFO parking on 11/10 while last time I actually parked there in August. I paid at the parkomat, so I assume they've used a skimming device.

I was charged on the 8th of November. I was physically about 6000 miles away, in Amsterdam, and I actually was there the 29th of June, when I paid to exit the garage, at the barrier., which shows up on my credit card statement, for exactly that date. So a late qprocessing of the parking fee can be ruled out absolutely. So this definitely is fraud. Even though it is only $10 I reported it to my bank who will start a fraud investigation, and blocked the card and sent me a new cc. It is annoying though that I have to put in an effort to get it sorted. They suggested I would contact the parking company, but I declined because I have no idea who to contact, and because it is not worth the effort. Hope this information helps other people. I have never been skimmed before.

Likewise, with the Bay Area mom's comment, I contacted their office (650-821-7900) referencing Facility Number 60775. There seems to be an issue with their kiosk machine. I was in SFO airport on 8/19 and checked my bank statements, confirming no charges on that particular day. I had a conversation with Customer Service, but unfortunately, they couldn't provide any specific details or reasons behind the issue with their machine. It seems that most of the Customer Service representatives are instructed to share only limited information. It's important to be cautious, as there might be a skimming issue occurring. It's advisable to consider paying in the exit garage next time, where there's staff on duty to assist.
