What is it?

I was charged from Wal-Mart.com aa ar 8009666546. Which I never used that site as I know it's a scam. It has messed up my bank account by over drawing me $280. I need help. I have contacted my bank and they came back stating that they found no fraud!!! That's how scammers work!!
