This is fraud. Plain and simple. The company either stole my number or has a computer making charges to random card number combinations.
Call your bank, report the fraud, cancel your card.

This is the third time in 6 mos that I have been charged 49.95.. The first time was some Alpha male berry stuff that I never ordered, 2nd was last month from hcisupport for 49.95..called bank had to get new card...now I have only had this card for a month and a 49.95 charge appeared once again from 888 352 1310.com..here is where this card info. is on the internet: Direct TV, Serius/XM,Pet insurance, Vet source, free credit.com , verizon see if any of these is common denominator good luck to all VERY frustrating
noticed the charge on my account trying to figure out what it is. i have been on hold with the company for 15 mins now
This looks a lot like the fraud that my debit card was charged for three months ago. The company in that case was for some customer support website that I never did business with. The charge was for $49.95. When I saw this random $49.95 charge on my debit card last Sunday, I checked out their website (which happens to be their phone number followed by .com) and it looks very similar to the website that was used in the fraud case I had three months ago. This time, the company is also a customer support website that I did not do any transaction with! This is the second time in three months that I have had to have my debit card cancelled and replaced! I have no idea where my debit card number was taken from to make this recent charge. I don't use my debit card that much as I use cash to pay for most things except bills.
Fraudulent charge. Had to cancel my CC and have a new one sent.
Definite fraud, and I have reported it.
I too have been hit with a $49.95 charge by 888-352-1310.COM. If you call the number, it just rings off the hook. I believe the common denominator is Vet Source. I see that Linda had mentioned that in her earlier post here. I'm going to call them tomorrow when they're open and alert them.
Hey Staples..I did call Vet Source and the girl who answered said that the only "Fraud" info that she was aware of was when clients had to call in and change their pmt info. I thought that this was odd it sounded like there were quite a few.. she was a little defensive and claimed that the cc info was incrypted and not saved and that the info was safe.. I think I will be getting my Trifexis somewhere else
I have had the same problem with these charges - 3 times. And I am (or was) also a Vet Source customer. Thanks to all who reported this so that now I know they're the problem.
Hi Jeff just found out that both of our pet insurance companies are underwritten by Praetorian Insurance...don't know if there is a link
This phone number, 855-587-4345, appearing on a credit card charge is fraud. The number answers as customer service, no company name for dietary products. Customer service rep will put you on hold, then never return.
Chase cancelled my card and initiated fraud claim. Eugene answered when I called the number. Claimed I ordered Raspberry Keytones as stated above and had my address on file as the shipping address. I do have Pet Insurance with VPI...Linda do you have VPI also?
Sorry same person from above..I looked up company and there is also a Scotland company with same robotic answer and same music and too busy to answer
This company 888-352-8110.com is a fraudulent company. They are putting $49.95 charges on peoples accounts. I just saw a charge on my account this morning. And when I called the number I just heard some random voice message, with no company name.
Hey Staples found other fraudulent activity through Vetsource,, They should be aware I found them fielding complaints back to 2013
I called this company and they said it was for Raspberry weight loss pills. I asked for a refund which they denied, until I threatened to call my bank and issue a chargeback against them. They processed my refund and said it would appear within 5 business days.
Chase alerted me that this company had attempted to use my card, but they had denied the transaction.
Definite fraud.
I do not use my cc at any of the places mentioned above but also saw a $49.95 on my bill. Called 888-352-8110 to see who would answer. The person that answered said their company represents "customer care" for many companies and they wanted the first and last four numbers of my credit card to see which one I had dealt with. I said "no way" and hung up. Filed a dispute with cc company and received a credit back to my account immediately. I will be watching my bills very closely from now on. I guess I will have to try changing all of my user names and passwords too, ugh.
