What is it?

My Costco visa card statement showed 4 charges totaling $10,460 from ACT*Fenssa 877-551-5560 TX. I did not engage these ppl for any services or spoke to anyone from there. My husband, however, did receive calls from them that he never answered and the charges were made on his card from the same account Coincidence? No! Fraud!!!!
