ADLTDHELP.COM ALTAMONTE SP, FL

I was also charged $49.95 on 5/23/14 by ADLTDHELP.COM and have not made this charge. My credit card company is investigating.

A charge appeared on my CC statement for 49.95. After calling the billing company they told me it was for an order to: https://puregarciniapower.com/ for a health supplement. As I do not use health supplements this charge was fraudulent.

I also found today on my bank account (13 May 2014). For the same charge as above for $49.95. Neither my husband or I made this purchase. So I contacted the number from the charge on my account it was for a company ADLTDHELP.COM and they said it was from puregarciniapower.com. They are supposed to reverse the charges within 7 - 10 days. This was and is fraud. I may contact my local police department with this matter also.

I received the same charge as the others who have written in this forum. My debit card showed that I was charged $49.95 on May 17th, 2014 by Ad Ltd Help with a number of 888-821-0629. I never made such a charge and a Google search showed that the product purchased was Pure Garcinia Power, which is some sort of supplement. I never heard of such a thing and I am the only one who uses my debit card. I spoke to the Customer Support person at 888-821-0629 who said that they do customer service for a variety of supplement companies. She was able to stop shipment of this order and will reportedly return my money. She said it typically takes 7 to 10 business days but most usually is returned in 2-3 days. Nonetheless, I will report this fraudulent charge to my banking institution.

I had this exact same charge on May14th. We didn't buy it; they just want our money. We reported it as fraud to the CC company.

I was charged 4.95 by ADLTDHELP.COM I called my bank and we decided to cancel card asap and get a new card. I was advised to call the 1-888-821-0629 and ask about the charge so I did. I talked with a nice women who was ablt to tell me the charge was from Pure Garcinia Power. ADLTDHELP.COM is a 3rd party service provider for many different beauty products. She canceled the order and locked my name out from any further purchasing they deal with. She gave me a conf# as well. From what I gather talked to my bank and the ADLTDHELP person is that someone else remotely entered the information into the Pure Garcinina Power site to see if the charge would go through. If it does than they try larger purchases. I do not use my card for on line purchases so I am still trying to figure out how the person got my info in the first place. All I can think of is pay at the pump gas purchases. This is one of the few places I use this card. It is a work card used for gas/tools etc. So I will be keeping an eye on my account an so should everyone else, but make sure to follow up on both sides and get everything locked down again.

I received a charge on 05 May 2014, "FRAUD ALERT" I disputed it with my CC company and will not pay this fee.

My bank account was charged $49.95 by the crooks/con artists! I have never ever done business with that company...I reported it to the Altamonte Police Dept...I have to fill out forms and email them to the police dept...! I can only hope they get these crooks...!

Charged 4.95 by ADLTHELP.COM on 5/30. Called credit card fraud at bank, had card cancelled and disputed charge.

I too checked my credit card account and found this charge for 49.95, I just disputed with the credit card company and did a search to see what this company was, I just had an issue with my checking out being charged for something out of Mexico. Lots of credit card fraud.

Our May credit card statement also contains this charge on 4/24/14. I called the number on the statement 888-821-0629 and reached someone who mumbled incoherently about "servicing too many different businesses". I am going to call my bank and have them reverse the charge.

This has happened to us only once or twice in the past, so we check our statements carefully to make sure all charges are legitimate.
