I am being charged $22.59 in my VISA bill monthly on the 18th. The charge is adobe *acropro subs san jose.

Twice in January & February 2022 I have asked my bank to cancel the billing on my card. So far they have only refunded the January billing, for an $18 fee.

Neither my wife nor I have a current Adobe account, so we can't cancel it. Adobe does not recognize us. BUT they are billing us on our VISA. At some time we had an account. What is interesting is that I just received a new VISA card with a different expiration date. They are still billing my card. How does that happen?

Go to https://www.adobe.com to cancel it. It's $19.99/month plus your state's sales tax. They will try to keep you, even offering me 2 moths for free - but I use Apple's Preview software which can read and edit PDFs. I used to use Acrobat in my business, so I guess I've been paying for many years without noticing. I wonder how many other people out there have been paying without using the service. Perhaps Congress can get involved for zombie accounts like ours - OK to charge for 6 or 12 months but if no activity the account should be canceled or suspended in favor of the consumer.

I too have been going through hell trying to figure it out. I guess using the trial the continue to keep you on and charge you a monthly fee. I have a feeling in the small print you may have agreed to this. I am in the process of trying to cancel the program that I have NEVER USED after being charged a monthly fee. It's been over 2 freaking years. Perhaps we can join a club of those of us who have been hoodwinked of our money. I am a senior citizen on a small monthly check. I may have to get them involved. (I'm not posting "links" because they're my EMAIL FFS
