What is it?

I have never ordered this app. and request a refund of the 19.99 charge. Already sent a dispute to the credit card company.

I also have a charge for $21.19 for a Adobe Sendtrack Sub San Jose, CA. I was notified by American Express which noted that the charge was made on March 4th. I DID NOT ORDER THIS ADOBE SEND TRACK SUB. I do not even know what it is or what it's for. I have never been charged for any Adobe product nor do I use any ADOBE products. In addiditon, I've been trying to pay down my AMX bills and have not charge anything on the cards for a period of time nor plan to until the balances are minimal.

I also had a charge for the ADOBE send track sub. I called my credit card (Chase), on which the charge was made. They found out that ADOBE charged me once a year for ADOBE Reader, which I use. So, the charge is really for another app that you probably use, even tho it is titled ADOBE send track.

Can you help? What is this charge?
