I was going to order this product but the person helping me with my order told me that I couldn't use my prepaid card. That's all I have to use. I told her never mind. She tried to give me another option and I told her I didn't want to use that option. I haven't received the product but I was charged anyway without consent. I would like a refund and my card removed from their list and an emailed apology. The account name used was ADVPURGARCIN
