What is it?

This most likely is a charge for a rental car,or something similar in which you used your insurance on your own vehicle to book a car rental reservation,which charges immediately for the insurance on the rental car…..thru a third party rental service like Priceline.com or Hotels.com…I’m actually still checking with my credit card company

For me, this is my Allstate auto insurance payment. I verified by going to the Allstate Web site and confirming that my automatic electronic payment was credited to my Allstate account on the same day as the credit card charge was made. The amounts agree exactly also. Thus for me, ALLSTATE NBINDCO is an automatic electronic payment for an Allstate insurance policy.

I have a charge of 461.50 on Mastercard ending in 1597 on 06/30/21 that I did not authorize. My date of birth is 02/22/1993 and phone number as 707-332-1437. Please advise.
