I received a hit on my debit card in the amount of $49.95 for alphacleasing.com on 4-28-14. Never made any order from this company. I called 866-732-8213 spoke to a Hansel who said he will be giving us a credit for this amount in 7 to 10 days. He tried his best to get my card # when I refused my husband spoke to these people who was able to track this down by my name interesting huh? This is clearly a scam/fraud!

I just got charged $49.95 on my credit care today 4/29/2014. Called and cancelled credit card and tried to call this company. No answer. If you look up the company and google it. It is tied to a girl who committed fraud and was charged back in Nov 2013. She must still be operating until her Federal court case.

I was charged $79.95 on my credit card. I have never heard of them and I didn't order anything from them, particularly since the charge was made on Easter Sunday.

I was charged $49.95 on 04/29/14 and I did not authorize this payment. I called my bank and had them to stop debits from comin in or out my account. I have never ordered these pills and have never heard of them. I am reporting fraud immediately. Also my bank did not have a phone number for this company!!!

Fraud. Just a heads up for everyone. I called the 866-732-8213 number and someone answered. It was their customer service. I asked if I could get the address that was linked with the shipment and they told me the same address that is linked with my card. So I will either be receiving diet pills in the mail, or the whole company is a scam.

Was checking my bank account on 5/1/14 and seen a charge for $49.95 in which I did not do and debit for that amount any where. Went to the bank and ask them what was it for and they said for alpha female weight loss and I said I did not order any thing from then or do not know of this company. The bank said it was still pending and I closed my Debit card then and today on 5/2/14 I check my account and they still got the money. They need to do something to stop these people from doing this. I was shocked to see how many people have been scammed in the last week. Please stop them.

Noticed a charge for 49.95 from Alpha Female Weight Loss. The number that I have for them is different from others 866-820-8388. I will be going to the bank in the morning and canceling my debit card. Hopefully they don't recieve the money from me.

I just saw a debit of 49.95 taken from my account today also from this alphafemaleweightloss...I'm On the phone with my bank now. Wonder if their getting information from bills being paid through automatic withdraw from other monthly bills. This is crazy.

I was charged by this company (Alpha Female Weightloss). for $49.95 on 5/2/14. I was vacationing in the Tampa area at the time. I cancelled my card when I realized it was a scam. My bank said they would handle it but then they said I had to call to get a refund. As it stands now I'm supposed to be getting a refund in 7-10 days. I will report to BBB and follow up with my bank.

I was charged too like some of you. I called the bank as well and cancelled. But what I also did was call the fbi in my state and I called the company and recorded a young lady by the name of Stacy. I asked where did she get my info She said "A third party. " so I asked the third parties name. She replied a third party which she could not disclose. I then asked her the shipment date as welll as a tracking number. Yea she was clueless when Iet her know my cousin is an attorney general in Florida she quickly offered me a refund That is where she stumbled to quickly say she doesnt have a trCking number but it should come sometime this week or the next. I also asked her if I wouldn't have called how what I have known to expext these pills without a tracking number if I purchase these. Yea she couldnt answer and then she said will be cancelinv the number and issuing a refund

I have charges from 04/2014 and 05/2014 of $79.95. They have my name, address, cc#, everything. They used a fake email with my name in it though. A common theme - I live in Orlando and shop on Amazon all the time. Coincidence? Not sure.

A bogus charge appeared on our Visa. Googled AlphaFemaleWeightLoss and it took us straight to the scam website. Check your credit card bills...always

I received a charge of $49.95 on a debt card held by my business connected to my business account. I immediately reported this to my bank and was told that because this was a business card, I had no protection and the charge was my responsibility. Hate that consumers have protection but businesses are vulnerable to fraud like this!! what a ripoff. I never heard of this company, would not have and did not order the product. Never received any product.

I had a charge from alphaseriesmale.com in FL on 3/15/14 for 69.95, a charge from alphafemalediet.com also in FL on 4/15/14 for 79.95, and a charge for bioslender fromCA on 5/18/14 for 78.63. I assume these jerks change their name and phone numbers as well as amounts to avoid being noticed. I also reported these as fraud and had my card cancelled. I seldom use the card except for iTunes and Amazon purchases. I think Amazon might be the common denominator because I had ordered from them 3 days prior to my first charge.

Found this charge on my card today for $49.95 ALPHAFEMALEWEIGHTLOSS.COM called the # on the website and got a customer service rep that had all of my info, name, address, card #, phone #, I explained that I did not order a female weight loss pill (I'm a single male and only one with access to my bank info) he basically called me a liar and said it must have been me that ordered it how else did they get all my info? he said they don't hire mind readers to steal info! Are you freaking kidding me? I told him that I was disputing the charge and contacting the local authorities, he then went on to say that he would check with accounting dept to see if they could cancel my subscription and issue a refund..... Subscription?.... again, are you kidding me? I was placed on hold when he came back I was informed that my "subscription" was cancelled and a refund would take 5-7 days to post back to my card, I said too late because I already cancelled my card and reported it as fraud! THIS IS A SCAM, HOW THE HELL ARE THEY GETTING AWAY WITH THIS SHIT?

Chase Services called me at 7:00AM this morning to verify this charge. Apparently I'm purchasing diet pills from ALPHAFEMALEDIET.COM in Miami, FL in my SLEEP! Charge was made around 5:40AM EST for $49.95. Funny thing is, I live in CT and I've never been to FL. Kudos to Chase for shutting this down quickly.. but how the hell did this company get our bank info?!

I too called our bank and they cancelled the card. We never ordered anything from them and I have never even heard of them before. How did they get our bank info??

I have the same $49.95 charge -- called Visa and they are identifying it as disputed. This is a brand new credit card within the last 2 months. NO IDEA how this transaction got through.

I ordered products from another web sight hours before this outfit charged my card. The bank said they had the security numbers from the back of the card. I also called a phone number and got a woman who did not seem to care that she was an accessory to a crime and she would not help. I am calling the attorney general to see if they care. I also cancelled my card.

Since my debit card number is on the statement and I have the card in my hand, the card has been compromised. I called the bank out-of-hours "lost and stolen" service and they immediately deactivated the card. Sounds like the Target fiasco in December, 2013.

My bank account said a charge from Pureclean was pending in the amount of $49.95 on August 28th. I called and cancelled the debit/visa card used. It did not show up as a debit until Sept. 1st along with an atm fee of $.40. I called the 866-732-8213 which is customer service for this bogus company Alpha Female Series.com dietary supplements. They gave a bogus email address with my husband's name used. This customer service person Roy is going to report this (I told him about all these people who have been scammed), and I am to receive a refund. We will see.

This is a message for Linda, who posted on 06/20/2014 about a charge to a business debit card. Linda, both Visa and MasterCard have different rules for small business and large business debit cards. Both card issuers talk about zero liability for users of their small business debit cards under certain circumstances: https://www.mastercard.com/us/business/en/smallbiz/learnabout/debitcard.html http://usa.visa.com/small-business/card-benefits/security/zero-liability.jsp Even if the card is held by a large business, the person in charge of dealing with the issuing bank may be able to talk them into disputing the charge - just tell them to look at this site. It depends on what your time is worth and how mad you are. There are articles on the web that talk about how to protect yourself if using a business debit card, such as getting debit business cards without a Visa or MasterCard logo so they only be used to make ATM withdrawals and similar limited transactions, and only using business CREDIT (not debit) cards to make miscellaneous purchases. Check the web sites of Visa and MasterCard BUSINESS cards for guidance.
