What is it?

I received a charge from amer.academy of Prof in the amount of $597.59, this is bogus. I also received 2 other charges from Aspen Ecommerce ($497.50) and Amer Coll of Emer Phys ($494.55). All bogus. A retailer in the Minneapolis metro area has comprimised my card (local restaruant or nail saloon). I have disputed all charges with VISA and they are sending out new cards.
