What is it?

The AXP Discnt CCD is the fee Amex takes from each charge. the rate changes depending on the company and how much funds you generate. but a small company rate is normally around 3.5 %

You normally only see this when you had just one charge in a month. other-wise it is included in your normal settlement total.
