What is it?

If you can not help me, I will contact my friend who is a lawyer. Even my account tells me that it has been over 3 months since I ordered . This is crazy.

The charges that say AMZ storecard are simply your payment for the month to Amazon for all the stuff you’ve charged that month on Amazon. I’ve been on phone with then for the last 5 minutes and getting transferred around before I finally figured out that all it was was the amount I paid Amazon last month. Don’t know why they had to change the wording to something we can’t figure out.
