ANC*ANCESTRY.COM

I have a fraudulent charge of $9.99 charged with a debit card in 7/16/16 from ANC*archives.com. I do not know who they are and why I have been charged. I only found out because I was checking my bank balance.

there is a charge on my account of $59.99 from ANC*ANCESTRY.COM that I have never subscribed to or authorized I would like a refund

ANC*ANCESTRY.COM is an unethical, at best, recurring charge of $169 that they don’t tell you about if you use their service one time. I bought it for my wife years ago and no mention was made about “auto renewal” or recurring charges. Beware if you use their service. I was able to demand a refund for the last $169 and I am waiting to see if it appears on my statement as they promised. They assure me that my unauthorized renewal subscription is now cancelled. By the way, I was on hold for 20 minutes and am now half crazy being forced to listen to their classical violin hold music.

I actually complained about ancestory.com it should have been ANC*Archives.com not ancestory.com sorry about that. ANC charged 9.99 to my debit card on 9/16/16 without my knowledge. I don't even know who these people are.

I have never gone to Ancestry.com since i am not interested in this sort of thing. A fee of $155.71 was fraudulently charged to my credit card by these obvious scam artist.

I have never dealt with "ANC Ancestry". I recently ordered a one-time DNA kit without further services from Ancestry.com. My first card inexplicably failed. This same card showed a fraud alert for "ANC Ancestry" and blocked payment.

You phone number will never let anyone through. busy or hangs up. Really??? What kind of company is this. I am reporting fraud.

I have a charge of 73.49 on my October 22nd 2024 Billing which i presume is something to do with a monthly charge which was cancelled by my daughter Anne-marie Lakusta. I also don't know why the billing date was originally 2012 and 2016 as I was a member when the old ancestry was going without all the cartoon assistance figures and was much easier to understand. I would like this charge to be removed and cancelled I will not be a member of Ancestry again. I an 82 years old and want this membership to be cancelled right away.
