What is it?

I am being charged by iobitsoft for some.reason which was NOT authorized

Asknet lobitsoft has tried twice to take monies from my Cash app. Both times unsuccessful. This is annoying since I don't know who this merchant is and I have not purchased anything from that merchant. This is fraud!

Iobitsoft is a software company located at www.iobit.com. Their products include Advanced System Care Pro, Driver Booster Pro, Defrag Pro, and many other utilities. If you have any of the above programs on your computer the Pro version cost money to continue to use after a year has come up. You will need to go to the website and see if you have a subscription to any of the programs and turn off auto renew if there indeed is a legitimate subscription. Hope this helps.
