AT&T K004 9966 ESTOBETHLEHEM PAUS

I just received a text notification from my bank advising me of my new balance after a $60.00 purchase was made at AT&T K006 9968 Estor Bethlehem. I have no idea what or who this is. I am an AT&T customer. I spoke with their customer service dept. and they have no idea what or who either. I have not made any purchases at AT&T, other than paying our cell phone bill. I've reported this to my bank and have to wait for a new card and then remember everyone I have set up with auto bill pay etc. And I have to wait 2-3 days before I can file a claim with my bank because an authorization code was already issued. A major inconvenience, I'm just thankful it wasn't on a larger scale like some of the other stories I read. I understand the banks insure our monies for these reasons. However, there must be a way for this or these people to get exposed. Otherwise they get to walk away with a little bit of everyone's hard earned money and no consequences.
