AT&T K004 9966 ESTOR PA

Was charged $70.12 from AT&T K004 9966 ESTOR BETHLEHEM / PA

Have no clue what this charge is on my DB card! Have an AT&T plan but didn't place any orders or change anything with my plan and it is paid up to date.

I had 2 fraudulent charges made to my bank account using my debit card number. First one was $71.25, fifteen minutes later, they charged $356.25. Both appear on my bill as AT&T K004 800-331-0500, 9966 Estor, Bethlehem PA. My bank said it will take at least a week to resolve, meanwhile I without over $400 and cannot pay my bills due to the missing money. Called AT&T at the above number, they didn't seem to care, said my bank will have to take care of it. How did someone get my debit card number and pin, and if this fraud has gone on since 2010, why are banks and credit cards still accepting this as a charge against people's accounts??
