What is it?

I applied for a credit card online, was asked if I wanted to know my credit score, and was not informed it was at a cost, let alone for a monthly subscription by Yourscore, $29.94. The next day I was charged duplicate, under the name National Info *YourSC, $29.94.

ATTN CCA E-Services = attention credit card authorization electronic services (eservice is a 3rd party payment channel used by some Chevrons and other business')

Recently went to Las Vegas upon returning home and checking out bills and charges on credit card found a charge I didn't recognize because I didn't go to a gas station or convenient store there. Come to find out the store down the street where I live reported charge as ATTN CCA e-services rather than Chevron like before.
