I contacted the 888-283-5051 phone number listed here to report my dispute with Audible. I did not authorize any subscription to this, but was charged $14.95 per month for 2 months, before I noticed the charge on my debit card. The representative was nice, and said this was a trial subscription through Amazon, but was not cancelled after the initial trial expired (I didn't know Amazon even did this!) The Audible representative took my info, and said the $29.90 would be refunded, and reflected on my next bank statement... Hope this helps others experiencing the same issue.

Same old game different town. Just imagine scalping off between $8.98 t0 $15.98 per customer who used the Amazon site to make a purchase. Most people would never question a small charge. BUT I WOULD? These folks are either stealing your money outright or at the least they use it for free until you complain about the charge. Imagine only one million customers a month scammed. 1,000,000 X $8.98 = $898,000,000 all stolen from innocent Amazon customers! Shameful !!!! There is a charge on my credit card that I did not authorize for $15.85. I was given 2 free books when I purchsed my amazon alexa from QVC. Iwill lodge a complaint to them as well.

I recently received a charge for 14.95. I did not want a membership which I somehow received. After the trial period (30 days) My credit card was billed. I contacted Audible at 888-283-5051 and spoke to a very professional representative who offered me a refund with absolutely no hassle.
Looking over my credit card statement seen charges lusted as Audible,adbl.co/bill,NJ I never authorized, nor did I ever order anything audible from an unknown company. I'm disabled and there are a few charges on my card that I didn't authorize this month but this one didn't have a company to get a ho!LD Of. Please help I'm on a fixed income and disabled. I will give info to the card company and report fraud it have to.
This is a fraudulent company. Many customers come in not knowing who are what they are. If you see this charge, just call the number on the back of your ATM card and dispute the charge immediately
I got the $14 charge on my card and I don't understand how they did it. Basically I made a ONE time purchase with this card for something on Amazon. Amazon saved my card for some reason and charged me for audible less than a week later.
I have no idea why they decided to suddenly target this card in particular, it is a card that I just got for the sole purpose of the funds that were put onto it and then to be discarded after its gone. Completely weird and inappropriate. My s/o DOES have an audible account, with his card details listed and charged monthly, however for some reason they didn't charge him and this time came after my card, through that one time purchase I made.
I guess the thing that bothers me about all of this is that I feel really creeped out that they saved my card info for that one time purchase, and took it amongst themselves to use that card to charge me for audible. In a way I feel my personal information was violated.

I noticed a charge of $14.95 on my account, which in month previous I thought was a doctor bill I was paying off, but got suspicious when it didn't stop, and called audible.com and the rep. was very kind and helpful and kept reassuring me he would get this straightened out. Turned out two years ago my then 10 year old grandson had accepted an offer for him to read a book, but he didn't realize he was signing up for a subscription and shame on me I had my credit card on file, which I no longer do. Audible refunded me every single charge all the way back to when he first did this and I am more thankful than you can imagine. If this has happened to you, call audible and they will help you. We read a lot in our home, so if we had known this we probably would have taken advantage of it and been reading books through this service. I don't think this is a scam. I just wasn't on my game.
I've had charges of $24.21 to my account 2 months in a row. I did not authorize these charges. There are no charges before April. I do not have an Audible account, or even an Amazon account. We contacted Audible and they were not able to locate an account with my name or the only email address I have. My wife has an Audible account but the card being charged for her membership is not mine. I think my information was obtained through Amazon. I don't have an account but my wife used my card to make a purchase for me a year ago, and the information was still on her account. I don't make purchases online where I could have accidentally signed up for something and in my case, I don't have an initial charge for a trial period. I'm contacting my bank Tuesday to report these as fraud.
just looked at my bank statement to see a credit from this company. I have never done business with them and I am wondering how they received my cards information. This seems very suspicious to me and I am wondering if this is some sort of a scam. This is ridiculous.
We received our Credit Card Bill today and we have a charge of 7/12/18 $15.89 from Audible-ADBL.CO/BILL NJ. I did not make any purchase or order to this company and I AM SICK AND TIRED OF HAVING TO CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD BECAUSE SOME RINKY DINK COMPANY DECIDES TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT WHEN I DID NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. YOU PEOPLE ARE NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF FRAUDS DOING THIS TO INNOCENT PEOPLE. NOW MY WIFE HAS TO CALL 8 DIFFERENT COMPANIES TO GIVE THEM A NEW CREDIT CARD NUMBER. SOMEONE NEEDS TO SUE YOUR ASS TO GET THIS KIND OF CRAP STOPPED.
I contacted Audio Customer Service about the subscription I didn't sign up for and was refunded the full amount I had paid over 9 months period. Took me a while to realise I was being charged monthly for this service. Excellent customer service!!
I received a charge on my credit card two months in a row. I did not notice it until the second month, a charge that occurred a few days ago. I called the # on the back of my CC and my bank gave me a # to call and I looked up their website on the charge. The website is this one listed here with multiple fraudulent charges and comments. I spoke with one of your representatives and she looked up all the emails, phone numbers, names and the last four #'s on my credit card that I gave her and then said she would need to open an account with the entire credit card # and it simply sounded too fishy to me. So, I contacted my bank back and reported it fraudulent as was recommended by my bank based on the information I gave them.
I was charged $15.46 for AUDIBLE ADBL.CO/BILL NJ #9830 and I did not purchase anything. Please is a fraudulent charge.
