My charge was for a boat registration renewal for the Ilinois Dept. of Natural Resouces (DNR) There is the $18 registration (16' and below) and a $2.50 "convenience" charge for processing the registration renewal on the DNR web site. I imagine that any web trasnaction would have the same or very similar code.

It is a charge from the state of Illinois for a hunting, fishing or boating license.

Yes, this is indeed a charge from the IL DNR. In my case, this was for a Turkey tag for 2020 Fall lottery.
