I have a charge on my first premier bank card. we never had a account and we never order movies with our bank card. I want a full investigation on how this happened. Thank you

I had a charge of $99.00 that was NOT made by me.

On 6-28-15 there was $107.22 taking out of my checking account for an Amazon Prime service ... I do not have an Amazon account and have never purchased anything from Amazon to have been charged this fee . This is Fraudulent and I want my money returned to my account , IMMEDIATLEY...

We had a 99.00 charge on our account and we did not make it. We have referred this to our bank but have not yet gotten action. We will pursue this through our bank but we will not shop Amazon again. We were correctly charged for our purchase then this appeared about a month later. deblcz@yahoo.com

There is a charge on my Chase bill amzn.com/prime NV that was not authorized by me. Contacting bank and amazon.

I just opened my statement. Saw one of those charges dates 02/16. Called BofA and explained my issue. They gave me the number for Amazon. I called Amazon and here's the rather immediate action by them: Hello,

I've canceled your Amazon Prime membership.

You'll receive a refund of $101.46 for the Amazon Prime membership fee. Refunds typically process within 2-3 business days and appear as a credit on your statement.

We look forward to seeing you again soon.

I just received our VISA statement for January and discovered that I had been charged $99.00 for "AmazonPrime Membership amzn.com/prime NV" which I did not request. We have had to call our bank and cancel our credit card because of this fraudulent charge.
