I was just notified Of a $199 charge on my bank account/debit card from this company, Asurion. We have no idea who they are, never heard of them, never authorized this charge. From what I gather by a Google search is they are a warranty for cell phones ?! we don't have a warranty on our cell phones we have no idea what this is or why they are charging ouR account this insane amount of money. I see thousands of complaints similar to.ours. I don't understand how this company is still in business with so many fraudulent/scam complaints and I think it's funny the charge shows up just a little while ago but when you call, they are not even open!! What a nightmare, unbelievable. because not only are we out $200 we have to now cancel our debit cards, our whole bank account, hope to God they don't start charging more money into my account before my bank opens in the morning, and hope we can get our money back soon... but that never happens the victim always get screwed!
