What is it?

Look at the charge again. Notice that little minus (-) in front of it. That is indicating a payment TO your Bank of America credit card from an electronic source at another Banking institution like BB&T (now Truist). My wife had me chasing this after she discovered it on her statements. I walked back through the last 6 months worth of statements until I noted the balance, following one particularly high amount, went to 0.00. Then I remembered making a pay off in that amount just before Christmas so she could use the card for gift buying.

Unknown charge

Check to see if it's a charge or a credit. My credit union electronic payments show up on my Bank of America CC statement as BA Electronic payment
