Bell CRDV Pending Transactions twice $0.00 on my credit card July 18, 2022. Seems lucky mobile is verifying a credit card account.

I'm in the UK, my credit card company spotted it as an unusual transaction when Bell CRDV tried to verify $0.00 on my card. They blocked my card and contacted me to alert me to possible fraud.

Note resellers of Bell services (e.g. Lucky Mobile) may also show up under this name. I setup monthy topups last night and noticed this transaction on my credit card today.

Yes. Seems like it is a fraud. Happened to me.

THIS IS FRAUD. My mom has been charged since July 2021 with inconsistent rates varying from $200-$800. She is not one to check her statements and was only informed after an unauthorized purchase from another company. I see many are reporting fraud, and it is disgusting that whoever is doing this is targeting innocent people. Her credit card company is now investigating. I will be hiring a private investigator to see through this.

Just ordered myself a brand new phone thru a company owned by Bell (VirginPlus.ca) for $0 down, which required a credit (not debit) card to register and purchase (free purchase but for future billing) and I got a $0 charge which I presume is simply verification of my identity and my credit card's validity

I am in Australia. I received an alert from my bank "Restrictions have been placed on card ending xxxx because of an attempted transaction with 'BELL CRDV' for $0.00 at 8:16 ..." I called up the Fraud Dept of my bank, who then cancelled my card pending release of a new one. This is no joke. I have to inform all my billers of this stop placed on my card.

I have been billed for the use of my mobile phone twice: Once by Bell Verdun for the second by Solo Mobile I must say that I am not too diligent in dealing with my banking account. The charges I traced back to October 2014. My original purchase was with Solo Mobile in November 17, 2013 for a fee $15.00

just called my bank and I am not with bell in any of my services! ( internet/cellphone) they did 3 transactions in my credit crd

I don't have a single product with Bell and just got charged $115. Fraud! Maybe some of you have products of forgot that you made charges... many of us got robbed!

This is Bell Canada, I had a charge for $129.85 and didn't know what it was. Then I remembered that I made a payment for that amount over the phone which I don't normally do. They likely have a call center in Montreal that can put through these payments.

I had the same. It's the billing code for monthly combined Bell services. Not bogus.

Not fraud. This is Bell Canada checking out new credit card info. The transactions will not go through. I confirmed with my credit card company.
