BEST FRIENDS ANIM SOC

There is an actual organization in Los Angeles called Best Friends Animal Society. It is listed as a non-profit and handles pet adoptions. Now, perhaps the charges are coming through because somewhere on social media, the person being charged MAY have selected them as a cause to support, and perhaps even as a one-time deal. That's what I see happening a lot with all these crazy 'subscription' charges that we don't realize are draining our bank accounts. The reason I say this is I do think the shelter is a legitimate place. But I don't like the fact that they're charging so many people who don't even realize it. Come on, that's deceptive. (Plus they make it very difficult to adopt unless you have a big yard and tons of money so only Beverly Hills can adopt their dogs, it would seem). Hope that helps.
