Yes that charge is for your renewal of your geek squad contract. If you had a Geek squad contract, in the contract it states that they will automatically charge your account each year to renew your contract. call 1-800-433-5778 and they can assist you. I thought the same thing because I got a charge for $71.00 for the renewal of my geek squad. The charge is from the MN store.

My daughter just got a debit on her card for 213.99 for a Best Buy renewal! this is crazy! We bought her computer 6 years ago and have never recieved a charge! Kids trying to make a living and you steal from them. Outragious!

I hope this helps those that see a charge for any amount from the MN store 1582. If at any time you purchase a contract with the Geek Squad you can look at the contract receipt and it states: "Your memberships are now set to automatically renew on their expiration date (Geek Squad Protection Plans Excluded) A billing reminder will be sent at least 30 days prior to charging the credit card on file. Geek Squad Protection Plans may be renewed at out discretion. Please note that some terms and conditions in the Renewal Plan may be different that your current plans' terms and conditions. If you would like to opt out of the auto renewal process please call the AARP Dedicated support line at 1-800-921-0907. Instruct the Call Center representative that you would like the auto enrollment removed from your Tech Support & Guidance plan and Subscription Software."

I called and found out that the 106.74 was charged due to an automatic renewal. When I called last year and renewed by phone, whom ever took that call is the one that signed us up for automatic renewal for this year. All you have to do is call (1-800-433-5778). They will tell you how it got there and you can stop the automatic renewal. They are very helpful and extremely nice about it..

Same thing happened to me. Had paid 180 for a TV delivery and install in 2020. They made it part of their Geek Squad when it was supposed to be one time. They somehow made it an annual renewal and have been charging $217 every year. Caught them this year and cancelled it. It is daylight ROBBERYand FRAUD and should be reported to BBB. Better if they go out of business

Charge on credit card on Sept 4, 1921 for $32.20. Capital one card. Credit card company are investigating to see if our card has been compromised. They asked us to call you for more details. This charge appears from the Richfield Store. We are unaware of what this charge was for. Thanks for any help you can supply
