Try searching your email for the amount you were charged to see if it matches any receipts.

In addition to what has already been said this company also processes subscriptions for Cyber Ghost VPN and Power Director Pro.

Admittedly, I had to enter 3 different email addresses before I saw that it was my Power Director yearly subscription.

Cleverbridge is a (relatively unknown?) 3rd party software reseller. In my case the "CBI*CLEVERBRIDGE INC. IL" item turned out to be my annual subscription to CCLEANER. So its legit, just not the name I expected.
