What is it?

received bill from discovery for charge of 28.44 plus late fee for cbi maleware that I did not authorize. I have contacted discovery about this, 9/18/21.

Checking my bank statement and found a charge on 8.5.2017 for $27.51 from CBIMalwarebytes 800-799-9570IL that says it will appear as CBIcleverbridge,INC. I have not used your CBI Malwarebytes since 2015. It is still pending and I want to report as fraud. Notified my bank
