I have received e-mail requesting a payment for being a customer for another year. I have never asked to be a credit card holder, member or used the service in the (first) and past year. I have NO PAPERWORK, NO CREDIT CARDS or information from your company that I was a current card holder. While I may have been pre-authorized for membership by your organization, I do NOT want to be one of your customer/cardholder! Cancel my membership if I one of your customers.
