What is it?

I received a call from my bank yesterday saying there was suspicious activity going on with my credit card and Chico' s Soma Direct. There was a $135 charge that is pending, and hopefully won't go through. Several other attempts were made to use my card. Fortunately, my bank was onto the scam by then. I have never even heard of this store, and I live in Hawaii, far away from any of those stores!!!! It seems this is an ongoing problem with your company!!!

I just opened my Amex statement to find a $75 charge from them that I never authorized. Like previous poster I never heard of them until now! Called American Express immediately and they are investigating!

Thursday, Aug. 30th I too was charge from Chicos soma direct for 235.37. My card has been cancelled. More verification should be used.
