When I called on 5/6/14, they said they are a 3rd party biller for online purchases or subscriptions. They said they could not tell me the name of the merchant; however, they could reverse the charges. They wanted the first 6 and last 4 numbers to my debit card. I told them I was not comfortable discolsing that info to them since this was an unauthorized charge. I filed a dispute with my bank to get the charges reversed.
