What is it?

I have a recurring charge on my credit card from a company called CircleLookUp. I have not ever elected to start a membership with them, and when I try to use the website to find out what this charge is for, I'm asked to log in but told none of my email addresses are listed as member.

This is completely nonsense and these people are scum bags and I want my damn money back.

We also gave NO permission for charges from our bank since last October. This company, whatever it is, is scamming people.
