What is it?

Just noticed this charge and after speaking with my wife I figured out that (at least in my case) it is a monthly charge for the equipment portion of my vivint alarm system. Two separate charges a month. One for monitoring from vivint and the other Citizen one which was used for financing vivint's alarm equipment. Hopes this helps

I had a charge show up on my bank statement for $66.67 for Citizen One - Internet on Aug. 31, 2021. I've called the bank and no phone number appears on statement to call and get a Refund. I have no idea what this is or what the charge is for. Charge on my account appears as: "Citizen One - Internet"

I had the same charge and had to jump through hoops to figure it out. We recently installed a security system to our home. The 66.67 charge is through Citizens One and is the bank used to rent the system. It is a recurring monthly charge.

We have this charge - its financing for XBOX series S provided through Microsoft. Did you or someone in your household purchase a Microsoft product such as a laptop, XBOX series X, or something else? It also looks like Apple might provide financing through Citizen One.

I had this same question today....I realized it's the autopay that I setup for my Echelon Excercise bike.

vivint billing faq states they use Citizen one for customer security equipment financing.

As others have reported, the $34.99 plus tax charge is part of a 24-month recurring monthly charge for your XBox X All Access monthly service from Microsoft (($24.99 plus tax if you got the XBox S) and the $66.67 charge is for a Vivint subscription. I'll probably forget next month and have to look this up again.

I just had Vivint Smart Home security company install a security system.

I was not told I had to pay for internet service. I have internet service with ATT phone service. Can you help me?

2 charges from "Citizen One Internet" has shown up on my account. One charge for $250 and one for $96.26...both are which are fraudulent. I have reported this to my bank and they are investigating. I have also reported this (via IC3 form) to the FBI as this is clearly bank fraud.

I had the exact same thing happen to me. Citizen One - Internet posted for $66.67 on 9/20. I've disputed this charge with my bank because I don't recognize it (we have a different internet provider). I was told it was paid by using my account number and routing number, which I never provide to utilities. I always use my debit card number for payments. Scary! Did you ever figure out who this was? We're awaiting investigation results right now.

You probably financed a purchase. For example, I bought a treadmill with 0% interest that shows up as CITIZEN ONE INTERNET on the statement because they are the ones who essentially financed the purchase.

Can you help? What is this charge?
