DBX DIGITAL CARD

In my research I believe it is happily co date box. They seem to have gone out of business, have horrible write ups on BBB, and when I call the number associated with the charge it is out of service. When I google the address on the charge, that company comes up.

I just had this charge hit my card too. It showed it is from Happily, which I did have a subscription with in 2020 but I canceled it years ago. Happily's website is non responsive, so I reported the charge as fraud to my credit card company. I suspect someone has hacked them.

I got hit with this charge too. I called my credit card to report it and the woman said that I was the fourth person to call about them today.

Just reported as fraud as well.
