What is it?

I have not been to a Delta Sonic car wash since early spring of this year. Yet this is the second month in a row that changes have appeared on my credit card statement. For July and August 2021. What is going on!!?? Last month I had to cancel my card, got a new account number and here's the same charge of $19.99 again. I will fight this to the end of this false charge.
