it's happened to me to but i had no money ,clearly when you buy from china or some other shit country even if it's cheap you get a cost as they are all crooked scum that sell your info to get their money later .wake up people your only screwing your own country anyway by buying their crap ! .

I don't know who this company is but they keep taking money from me. Reported to my bank for fraud twice now.

Had the same issue as all of the above - apparently if you do not contact them within 14 days after requesting the trial product they bill for the full value as this is a "subscription service" and when signing up you agree to these conditions - you have to contact them telephonically to cancel the subscription and even then have the patience to listen to them try to sell you their special offers before they will process the cancellation (it was like speaking to a robot called Trixie) - contacted them on South Africa +27-875502437 in Salt Lake City Utah and received my cancellation email within minutes

who the hell gives this company the right to debit from my account without consent, seeing as the ad was for a free trial pack . this is absolute bull shit...
