I received a charge of 220.00 for Tech Support for a yearly renewal which I did not authorize. When I call them to inquire, there phone number had been disconnected. G.L. Baker April 25, 2023

I would like the $69.99 charge refunded. I did not sign up for a subscription. I wish to cancel the subscription.

My bank has been charged [via debit card] $69.99 for some type of service that has not been ordered or purchased by me. I've reported this fraud to the bank & will be contacting the FL Consumer Fraud offices.

So I see this is a problem. I just noticed a charge on my BofA account for 64.00 for something I did not order from this company. I have filed a claim with the bank.

I have on my credit card statement, dated 01/11/25, a charge from DRI*AVAST Software of $85.59. I have not ordered this software, and I expect credit to be sent back to my credit card for the amount stated above. I did not sign up for a subscription, and I wish to cancel the subscription.
