Share-it is a generic commerce/payment site many small software makers sell through. Mine was legit and via PhoneRescue for iOS.

I saw a charge from DRI*WWW.SHAREIT.INFO on my credit card bill and had no idea what it was for. I looked back though my records, however, and it was legit. I had purchased a software product called PassFab for RAR and their billing agent is SHAREIT.INFO.

Check your records carefully before rejecting items billed from this source.

I was also concerned about this unknown charge. After reviewing the posts above, I saw that someone mentioned Digital River. Checking through my emails, I discovered that I had purchased Classic Menu for Office for that price. It is Digital River software.
