What is it?

This charging service was used when we visited the MN State Fair to process our credit card payment. I assume they can be used as an online processor by many other events and also just to buy online tickets (see www.Etix.com).

I too received this charge for tickets bought at the entrance of the Minnesota State Fair, glad I found this as I had completely forgot what this charge would be for.
