What is it?

Someone used my card to purchase tickets. I have since gotten a new card. But i will be disputing this with my bank.

I paid for and event at the 4 Peaks music festival in Bend Oregon I have been charged $366.96 which is correct but I did not receive confirmation or the tickets? Thanks
