I had an EXXONMOBIL CAT OUTSIDE charge on my card for $98.00 in California, which I Have never been there. I would like to resolve this, how do I go about it?

I had an EXXONMOBIL CAT OUTSIDE charge on my card for $200 in Texas. (I live in Vermont.) I assumed it was a fraudulent charge, but I did some research. Apparently, if you fill up at Exxon they now put a hold on your card for large amounts and then refund it a few days later once the charge goes through successfully. Someone has tried to use my Amex card fraudulently using this location. Who is ExxonMobil Outside and where is it located? I have the same problem, somebody is trying to use my AMEX without my authorization!

My car window was broken into and purse was stolen out of my back seat. I immediately closed all accounts. 6 days later the thieves tried using this card under EXXONMOBIL CAT OUTSIDE. Thank god I closed my accounts and it didn’t go through!!

My AMEX card is showing a statement credit for 10% off with EXXONMOBIL CAT OUTSIDE. It references Kansas City and Texas (ExxonMobil headquarters?) Amount is in green on the app and it's a negative number, meaning "cash back"?
