FIRSTENERGY OPCO ACH

woman came to sell me electric said she lived down the street ,I found out a year later she lived about 50 miles away . This past January I wanted to cancel the account and , no response from the company for 2 months , online phone or even trying to contact her. We continued to be charged ,finally after 3 months of being overcharged we cancelled this company out and signed with a different company for about $300 dollars a month in savings. After 3 months we were charged again from OPCO First Energy for the amount of $1450.00 illegally. I called the bank and told them it was fraud. Sorry to do this ,but I cannot reach this company any other way.
