I was charged $74.86 on 7/11/14. This charge was made in the wee hours of the morning before I was even awake. I immediately called my credit card holder and they gave me the 1-877-251-6879 phone number that was attached to the charge. I spoke to someone and let them know I did not make this purchase and they cancelled the transaction.

I received a charge on my VISA card. Charge was "dated" 07/05/2014 and posted to my bank on 07/07/2014. The account is listed on my bank online credit account as 8772516879FITASX CA US. It has been confirmed as fraudulent. I did not order anything on that date or for that amount. The amount was never listed as pending and appeared only today (July 8, 2014). Apparently this company obtained or randomly generated credit card numbers and charged them to various banks.

Sorry, Rustler, I don't agree. I've never used my credit card number on my phone. From the assortment of complaints, I would guess that accounts were compromised by using their card through a card skimmer, which will capture your card number, name, and billing address. Then the card numbers are sold to fraudulent companies, like Fit and Slim X. When I reported this to my bank, they immediately cancelled my card and sent me a new one with a different number.

I too was fraudulently charged by these people - never heard of their company, never looked at any website. I have NEVER used my iPhone to purchase anything - it had to be a hack via my computer (which has sophisticated virus protection). So how does this happen? $49.95 was my charge. When you call the 1-877-251-6879 number the person that answers will not tell you their name - and say refund is issued in 7-10 days. You'd think they'd disassociate themselves with a company who is frauding so many. I rarely look at my bank statement - just felt led to today - so glad i did. My legitimate checks would have bounced. The frauders will get theirs. Seriously.

The same thing happened to me over the weekend on 7/13/14. Has anyone used their cards at a Redbox to rent movies? I have just recently started using Redbox and now this happens. I have never had my card compromised until now. Could it be a coin incidence or could this be a sneaky form of revenue for Redbox? Just a thought.

UPDATE: It is 15 DAYS LATER and STILL NO REFUND. Even my bank called the 1-877 number and they keep changing the supposed refund date. My bank has now turned it in as fraud.
