What is it?

i have called the number listed on the charge. there is no way to get a refund. i told them i had no idea how this happened but to cancel my membership today as they were taking ALL my money. i have a confirmation number so we will see

I cancelled my card at my bank and disputed the charge. Somehow, they got my new card information as well and still charged me $59.95. I had to google a phone number for them. If I get charged after cancelling my membership ( that I do not remember signing up for), I will be hiring a lawyer.

A "FSI*MONEY COACH NETWRK" charge of $59.95/mo started showing up on my credit card for a subscription service that I never requested. I called them and learned that "Care Express" enrolled me in their service (w/o my knowledge). They were unwilling to refund my charges, as I didn't notify them within their 60 day notice. This is bullshit. A scam, and people like me and many others, are being scammed for something they never ordered, used or authorized. X^%$#!

I was just charged 59.95 by this fsi money coach network it's a scam report it immediately if it shows up .you will have to wait 7 business or calendar days for it to post then dispute it and get a different card mine is showing up as a subscription

Professional scammers and liars, I had called AAA 7/13/21 for road side assistance and apparently dialed one number off (800-222-2435; AAA is 800-222-4357) - what are the odds I'd call some scammers (or maybe they picked the number to trick callers distracted by disabled cars). They pretended to have an association to AAA from the get go and took my charge card info (I was multi tasking and didn't have my guard up immediately). I started to become suspicious but he continued the façade of being part of AAA and connecting me to the road side assistance once I listened to promotions (they were offering a gift card to celebrate yrs of service/anniversary). After the brain fart delay, I had tried several times to recant and reject the offers for a free gift card from AAA (for which they said it was a $2.95 charge for s/h) and just request road assistance (still not realizing it wasn't AAA). They specifically wanted a debt card which I didn't give. Was finally transferred to another man where he tried to coerce me in recordings to agree to try services which I continued to question. I wish the whole conversation was recorded and not just segments. I said multiple times I didn't want any offers but continued to be pressured to just say ok on the recording to move on for road assistance (one time I said I'm being forced to begrudgingly say ok, other times I refused to say anything or I stated I don't want promo services). He would say, just say ok on the recording and I'll give you a number to cancel it (866-555-1212 which was fake or disconnected). I felt trapped on this call and hostage since that had my charge card info, staying on the line trying to ensure I wouldn't be charge for anything and that anything mistakenly initiated would be terminated. Trying to undo anything that had been done, still thinking I was talking to AAA promotion department (they sell add'l services like life insurance, ID theft etc). I was confused at this point, it became a bit argumentative, and now clear this couldn't be AAA. I wanted assurance that if I had mistakenly agreed to something I wanted to change my mind - he said I couldn't undo anything - the only way to ensure I wouldn't be charged anything was to call the fake phone number he gave. In hindsight I should have been more savvy from the get go, had my guard down - was in an online chat w/IT, troubleshooting the computer and on the phone trying to get help for my car. It didn't make sense that a service company would be arguing with a client. I finally realized the number error but they already had my charge card, name, add, and birth date. At the end of the call I questioned the name of the company at which point he identified the company as American Reward Center but it's really Money Coach Network. I ended up with a charge of $4.95, immediately blocked my card and spoke to charge company (BOA) who said they couldn't do anything since it hadn't yet posted - they also said it was a subscription service so even if I disputed the charge there would likely be another even if my account number changed, they also said they didn't consider it fraud since the company had information about me (add/name/birth) to make it look legit despite my description of what had taken place. I called the 219 company spoke with Ronna the same day at 12:18-12:21pm who said she cxl'd the membership (conf# 3058274) - hoping that's true. Horrible experience, I'm smart enough to know better was just distracted and too trusting that the number I dialed was legit. I'll probably still just close the charge card and open a new one with a different bank for extra insurance. This is most definitely fraud and something should be done about it. I can imagine a number of seniors would fall victim to this, really a shame to target ppl in distress dealing with car issues. The worst part was I called them mistakenly!

Went and bought sheet music and that is the only internet use of my card and then this $4.95 FSI*Money Coach shows up. Complete scam and still do not know how they got the debi number. Closed the account.

I got a charge on my debit card from this company, and never have been to their website. (Only 4.95 but still, I have no idea how they got my card info.) I immediately reported my card lost/stolen, and disputed the charges with my bank. I then received an email saying I had 10 days left in my trial, so I called them to cancel. I did speak with someone and they said my account was already canceled (maybe due to the new card information.) Customer service was not very nice, and I mentioned I did see how they were fraudulently charging others as well. I'd call your bank immediately.
