Five Guys

Five guys charged 7.22 to our card for something we did not buy. This was five guys in flagstaff az. The Manager told us to contact our credit card company and do a charge back. Did not offer any assistance to reverse the fraudulent charge. Did not offer a gift card or anything and was dismissive. We contacted five guys corporate and my husband spoke to a very kind woman who took care of this situation. She is reversing the fraudulent charge, is sending it to their fraud department, and was not happy about the dismissive Manager. Of course we will not return to this five guys, which is upsetting because this is our favorite burger place in town
