What is it?

My elder mothers has had money taken out of her account since last July from Geico Prem Coll. She has nothing with this insurance and this is a total fraud and theft. I will be reporting it to the proper authorities.

I have had a charge on my debit card every month since sept for $661.36 from Prem Coll Geico with the name Tia Mcclaurin attached to it. I usually get a fraud alert but for some reason never got one for this. Please help me get to the bottom of this as I am out thousands of dollars. Thank You
