I'm reporting fraud and requesting a refund from Google as this is the second time these charges have shown up on my account..

So I read that someone might have gained access to the credit or debit card and made fraudulent purchases and that I should report it to my bank or the credit card company.

My card was used today. However I have fraud protection with my bank. They called me. So they are issuing a new card and investigating. What I want to know is how Google Cheetah through G.Co HelpPay, CA US getting card info. since I don't do business with Google except for YouTube.
