looks like it is related to Crunchyroll according to LinkedIn Ellation was the old name and it looks like there still using that to prosses payments on google pay/google play.

I found a charge on my bank statement for $9.99 and need to know why it is on there. It says it I'd for google elation???

We are being charged 2x for Crunchyroll then because this ellation charge just started the past 2 or 3 months when we were already paying for crunchyroll through a different card.

I called to cancel the subscription they said they would then wiped my account clean
