I keep getting charges on my card for Google phantom efx while I am sleeping. I do not have ANY cards linked to my Google account... nor do I have this card linked to ANY account. I do not play video games, on my phone or any other device. No one has access to my devices or card to make these purchases. I am charged every time I remove the purchase lock from my card. I've even had my cc replaced for fraud, and it started happening again on the new card. I'd really like all of the charges refunded... but at this point, I'll do anything just to make it where they cannot charge my card again. So frustrated and I just want to to stop.

The issue is your credit card is connected to Google and they are charging your card when you use the Games on your phone, tablet or computer. The easiest way to stop this (since Google hides these charges as much as possible). Go to http://pay.google.com, sign in with your google play account information, navigate to the "Payment Methods" Tab, and remove ANY cards or accounts listed (click Remove).

phantom efx is charging Mt credit card every month on the 3rd for 24.99. I did not order anything.

Google has been charging my cc with an amount that was not authorized by me. My cc company is reversing the chargers and going after Google. You must contact the credit card provider first to reverse the charges. They will go back to the vendor.

theft is the only name for it. They have gotten into several cards after replacing them.

Money fraudulently taken from my bank account causing overdraft fee. Phantom EFX had no right to access my account. This matter needs to be addressed immediately. I will be contacting legal authorities to file a claim for fraud by Phantom EFX. I expect the funds to immediately be returned to my bank along with a $30 overdraft fee. You have exactly 24 hours to address this matter

My checking accounts has over 1000.00 charged from Phantom EFX. Never heard of this place. And unable to speak with anyone. looks like they are a money theifing company.

my husbands bank account was recently charged over $1022 for this Google Phantom EFX. Hes not sure what it is or where the money went to and has contacted his bank but they said if "google" doesnt resolve first then they would put a fraud claim in....its been over 2wks now and still no word from google.

I accidentally hit "BUY" on "Jackpot Party Casino" an app from Phantom EFX. I googled how to ask for a refund thinking it would be a miracle if it happened. It was for 249.99. I Never buy anything on free games. I went to " Google Play help" and wrote a simple message to the company. The website said it could take 4hrs to 4 days for response by email. I never got the email but on my credit card bill today, they refunded the total amount. I almost cried. It was a few weeks later when I realized I got charged so I was still playing the game. I am so grateful and wanted to pass along the info. Good luck!! "Google play help"

I have never used this service or whatever it is and they have charged my credit card numerous times. I want a full refund of the charges made IMMEDIATELY!

Have 4 charges that over draft my account and I don't even know what it's for it wasn't me. This isn't the first time this has happened

several charges on my credit card from google phantom efx dated 2/11/22 totaling $33.69. Never had my card associated with google. I never used this so called Phantom efx. I called the so called 319 number and it hangs up after recording states to stay on line. This is ridiculous.

Someone a charge without permission on goggle games. Can you find out you did that?
